We aim to take the stress out of air travel for you and your pets.
Our Comfort Buddies are just one example. These little fellows are given to all the baby pawsengers and any nervous adults. They cuddle them all the way and then get to take them home after their flight.
BYO HIDEY HOLE
Beanbag prefers to travel with her own creature comforts. In this case, she had a lovely flight inside her very own teepee.
If your pets have special home comforts (like beds, blankies, teepees, or even a favourite toy) we’re happy to accommodate them.
IN FLIGHT CUDDLES
All our flights include an experienced vet nurse on board to look after the pawsengers.
This means in flight cuddles and love where we can (depending on safety considerations, the weather and individual animals suitability, of course).
TRAVEL COMPANIONS
Family that plays together……
Family members and littermates are welcome to travel together.
After all, it’s better to have a pal to share adventures with!
pre - flight waiting room
Your pets would rather be with you in a comfy waiting room than sitting in a shed in a crate, right?
We ask our clients to stay with their pets right up until it’s time for boarding the plane (this can be in our waiting room or in your car if preferred).
This also means ZERO time sitting on a tarmac.
WALKING THE WALK
Larger dogs are walked to and from our aircraft. This means there is no risk of them becoming injured or stressed by being carried in a crate.
For safety and security reasons we use slip leads and harnesses at all times.
PRIVACY
Sometimes our pawsengers prefer a bit of privacy.
We provide covers to go over the crate for the shyer types and we have a separate area for pre flight waiting for the nervous Nigels and Princesses.
LUGGAGE
All travellers have luggage so why would your pets be any different?
We are happy to include one bag per pet free of charge. Additional or oversized items may also be accommodated if we have room (a small fee is charged for extra must haves).

We aim to make air travel as safe and stress free as we possibly can (both for our flying pawsengers and their human family members). This means we unashamedly provide a “premium” service.
That doesn’t mean our airfares are “sky high”.
